Industrial tourism is the organization of tours to existing (or formerly operating) industrial enterprises and places of folk crafts, with the aim of meeting cognitive, scientific, professional, business, cultural and other needs. Industrial tourism is an interdisciplinary phenomenon and our research on it is one of the first in Ukraine. Every day the rhythm of life invites us to expand our interests and preferences. Therefore, modern travelers are paying more attention not to passive rest, but to adventure, cultural, educational, scientific and cognitive. Thus, industrial tourism provides an opportunity to know the essence and peculiarities of functioning of enterprises, factories, stations and open the door to a world previously accessed unclassified.
